Ingredients:
- 4 ounces (115g) of plain flour
- A pinch of salt
- Two eggs
- Almost 1/2 pint milk
- 1 dessert spoon of sunflower oil

Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl
- Whisk thoroughly
- Add a drop of oil to a hot frying pan
- Pour in a ladle of pancake
mix
- Cook until the moisture evaporates off the top side
- Then check the bottom side by lifting the edges with a spatula
- Toss the pancake
and cook the other side

(preparation: cook the apple down with sugar)

Tips:
- When using ice cream, heat any
other toppings on the pancake as it finishes
cooking
(this makes the pancake hotter after the ice cream is added)
